Kevin Kennedy AIA, founding partner of Cluck, formed the company in 2005. Kevin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has been practicing architecture and design for over 25 years.

With projects ranging from furniture to full scale urban planning, Kevin’s deliberate approach to design consistently renders beautiful and functional results, regardless of scale or scope. His work has been published and has received numerous design awards.

As a lead designer and project architect for Shook Kelley, Kevin gained experience in many areas including furniture design, retail and storefront design, corporate office, mixed use, and urban planning.

Kevin is a licensed architect, and has been a Guest Professor at UNCC, teaching design and methods of digital representation. He also frequently lectures and critiques student work.

Chris Scorsone LEED^®, is a founding partner of Cluck. Chris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with over 25 years of design experience.

Chris has an inherent ability to communicate design concepts with clients. His approach is a unique combination of extensive construction knowledge and client focused design solutions. As a LEED^® Accredited Professional, Chris promotes sustainable design and construction practices. Chris is a regular guest critic at area universities.

As a Design Director for Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Chris coordinated the design effort for a myriad of project types including commercial / corporate office, retail financial, restaurant, college / university, urban planning and landscape design. These efforts have resulted in numerous award winning projects.

Swikar is a Project Director. He has a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College.

As a Project Director, Swikar guides your project through the Cluck Process (concept design > design development > construction document production > construction administration) to ensure smooth management from kickoff to occupancy. He is your communication lead, managing our resources and directing our Job Captains to make sure your project requirements are met on time and within budget. We have 3 dedicated Project Directors at Cluck — one is assigned to every project we tackle.

When he's not in the studio, Swikar enjoys playing, singing and listening to music, particularly Indian Classical music. He also volunteers his design/creative background to help design cultural and religious facilities.

Licensed Architect Davin is a Project Director. He has a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Cornell University. 

Our Project Directors are essential to every project. Davin, a versatile architect with a balance of design and technical expertise, coordinates your project from kickoff to occupancy. He also serves as your communication link to our Project Captains to ensure your project requirements are met quickly and economically. We have 3 dedicated Project Directors at Cluck who guide every project from concept design through design development and construction document production to construction administration.

When he's not in the studio, you can find him biking around town with his lady to enjoy Charlotte's growing performance and visual arts scene or crafting unique cocktails for friends and family.

Licensed Architect Gabrielle AIA, is a Project Director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a minor in Interactive Media Studies from Miami University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon. 

Gabrielle coordinates your project from start to finish, ensuring smooth, efficient progress from concept design through design development and construction document production to construction administration. She is a versatile architect with both design and technical expertise. Gabrielle will act as your communication link to our Project Captains to meet your project requirements quickly and economically. We have 3 dedicated Project Directors at Cluck. We assign one of these versatile architects to every project. 

When she's not in the office you can find her on skis in water or snow, traveling, or painting and other fine arts tinkering.

Shane is a Design Manager, Schematic Design at Cluck. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Photography from Appalachian State University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

When she's not in the office you can find her rock climbing, or planning out her next travel adventure.

West is a Design Manager, Design Development for Cluck. He earned his five-year Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University.

When he's not on the clock, West can be found hand tool woodworking, playing the violin, or riding his road bike around town. If he wasn't practicing Architecture, he'd probably be a starving philosopher.

Andrew is Cluck’s Design Manager, Technical Design. He has a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

Andrew enjoys being outside as much as possible, going camping or boating most weekends spring to fall. He also loves board sports and cooking, and says his favorite place inside the house is his kitchen.

Will is a Job Captain at Cluck. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

When he’s not in the office he likes to bike, climb and build things.

Mackenzie is a Job Captain at Cluck and an Associate AIA. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture with a minor in Architectural History and Criticism from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

When she’s not in the office you can find her at a concert or traveling.

Aaron is a Job Captain at Cluck. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Clemson.

When he’s off the clock, Aaron likes to read, play golf, and practice Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Dave is the Brand Manager for Cluck and its sister company, The Spoke Easy — a Full Service Bicycle Shop and Bar. He has worked with founding members Kevin and Chris from Cluck's early beginnings, designing their original logo, website, and branding materials. He has over 20 years of graphic design and branding experience spanning from start-ups to global ad agencies and including companies such as McCann, Backcountry.com, Skullcandy, and Discrete Clothing.

When he's not in the office you can find him playing in the outdoors or on the road traveling. He's also been known to make a mean thin crust pizza and roll sushi like a pro bowler.

Erin is the Marketing Coordinator for Cluck. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from North Carolina State University. 

When she’s not at work, Erin can be found writing and reading poetry, or talking to/about her cat, Bird.

Cassmer Ward has 20 years experience as a Financial Executive and Business Leader. With expertise in accounting, operational analysis, strategic development/implementation, and entrepreneurship, Cassmer works with clients to identify and address the critical success factors affecting companies varying in size across many industries.

Erik is the Office Manager for Cluck. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wingate University.

Outside the office, Erik watches Premier League Soccer (religiously), helps out at his wife's small business Nourish, and enjoys traveling any chance he gets.
