Southbound takes full advantage of Charlotte’s warm climate with huge custom doors that literally define the building’s area, depending on the weather. Crafted in raw structural steel and glass, each of these behemoths is actuated by balance pivot or winch. This ever-changing envelope is integral to the line-blurring experience of interior and exterior fun spaces and helps Southbound achieve the illusion of a sunny day, every day.
