Introducing Petty Thieves Brewing, a spacious 4,960 square feet destination on Graham Street. From the very beginning, Cluck worked closely with the owners, exploring various locations and test fits.
The space is adorned with hidden gems and curiosities, evoking a sense of wonder and discovery. Drawing inspiration from the owners' extensive collection of found objects, the design effortlessly integrates these cool and eclectic pieces. One particularly intriguing feature is the secret room, accessed through a moving bookcase, which was meticulously crafted to simulate the experience of being inside a barrel—a true delight for beer enthusiasts.
Much of the space was built by the owners, showcasing their woodworking talents. Taxidermy elements create a captivating hunting lodge ambiance, while the presence of bank teller lamps and typewriters infuse a nostalgic charm. A stage area and game room offer entertainment options for patrons, further enhancing the lively atmosphere. The interior design embraces a whimsical circus tent aesthetic, complemented by the grandeur of baroque-ish architecture and stained glass windows that bathe the space in a vibrant kaleidoscope of colors. In fact, it has been aptly dubbed the "church for beer."
