This grocers' entry into the competitive northern Virginia market required an atypical solution. Demanding neighbors, tough zoning laws and constricted site conditions all shaped this two story supermarket. Expanses of glass storefront showcase interior activity and products, while a second level cafe allows shoppers a dynamic vantage point.
